Teen Tortion/Torsion Girls
During the time I was growing up, I don't really have a "kababata" I guess I've got neighbors but I seldom play with them for I rarely go out, so I only have friends at school and my so called "kababata".... my cousins....our age gap ranges from 1 to 2 years. The eldest is ate Abby, next is ate Kari ( before its karen) then ate Pia, me and our youngest that time... Twinkle.
Ate Abby and ate Pia are the reserved ones lalo na si te Abby, she could pass for an audition to be a drama princess that time, sa sobrang babaw ng luha nya, its easy for her to break into tears. Ate Kari at ako ang mga harungas... or magugulo, in a sense that we are the boyish among them, our trips are a bit different than that of my other two cousins I've mentioned. Twinkle is the flexible one, she can either go with us or with te abby's kung sa teks ang tawag sa kanya ay "panabla" to make it balance. They are the ones I called my "kababata".
Magkakapatid ang mga mommy namin I guess that is why naging close na rin kami, most of the time we play together and sleep together specially during summer vacation, either sa buting or pinagbuhatan (mommy cora's crib). We only have time to play during weekend and summer vacation because 3 of us lives in Pinagbuhatan and the other two lives with our nuno(grandma) in Buting/Cogeo, but regardless of that we still manage to stay close together. We've got a whole lot of experiences when we are together all five of us, when we were younger we used to play outside, we love to play "teacher-teacheran" and the oldest cousin ate abby will act as our teacher, we even have our graduation day and dance presentation astig diba??
Then during summer, we are forced by our nuno to participate in the "PABASA" every palm sunday. It's fun kasi madaming pagkain kaso magulo lagi me away hehehehe... We also joined "Diyos de Salve" prusisyon in Buting, mag ilaw sa santacruzan and we always makes it a point that we have an "outfit" to wear, either we all wear shorts with caps or pants and shirts pag iilaw or me pupuntahan. When we were growing up, as teens we started to have code names to some people we know within Buting, to name a few we have "storm" ( it has d 2nd, d third and the original ) "minty cool" "chowking" "Noo" d 1st and the 2nd at ang pinakamahabang list "Jig"( ate abby's brother ) kasi sya ay lagi nakikinig sa usapan namin so if someone is like that we call them "jig" it has a long list from 1st to I guess the 7th.. I don't remember anymore. There is still this very prominent code name na di ko na sasabihen medyo bulgar but because of this code name talagang napagalitan kami dahil nagsumbong sya sa kanila hehehehe.. it starts with "K".
We've tried to create a group we call "teen tortion girls" I don't know what it meant we have code names for each one of us, eto lang ang group na di na nag grow dahil kami kami lang ang member and officer hehehe. We also tried to change our names to an astig-kanto-girl names like kakay, jepay at kung ano pa.. lakas namin mag trip noh??? We even have some sessions of dying our white shirt, nung mauso ang tie-die, we buy alot of "jobus"ata tawag dun sa tindahan ni ka Dely then suka... after isampay suot namin papuntang belair hehehehe yup ang joho namin amoy suka.. hahahaha... those are some fun experiences we've have when we were together, aside from the swimming sa character, training sa bayabasan ni ka modesto, multo and many more.. I guess I have to stop there because it is a never ending list of memories we've had... we've have petty fights and kampihan too but it does not last forever I guess it lasts only for a day or even a few hours...
When we started to grow apart, we rarely see each other although te abby and twinkx always does have their bonding for they live in the same place, I can still talk with te kari and te pia, but while growing up we meet new friends, our interest change, we went to different places but it does not mean we forget each other. It's so weird that when we're all complete living in the Philippines we rarely talk and see each other except kung me occasion... and how ironic that now we were far apart from each other we manage time to YM or send friendster message to update each other... It's so sad that we cannot bond anymore the way we used too but at least I know that we are still there for each other regardless of the distance, we know we have to grow up and live a life different from before but at least we make it a point to keep in touch and send each other a simple hello. I guess I have to stop from here...eto nagagawa ng pagkabato ko sa bahay.. napapa gawa ng blog at napapahalungkat ng mga old pictures.. to my teen tortion girls.. been missing you guys and thanks for keeping in touch, we may not be the best of friends but we're the best of sisters... We Rock!!
